Can CUERC accomodate different pot lid sizes?
CUERC can accommodate virtually any standard commercially available pot lid. The slots are normally sized 3 to 3.5 cm in width, which accommodates the thickness of any lid from a 2 quart saucepan to a 4 quart cast iron dutch oven.
Is Cuerc easy to clean?
Depending on what your CUERC is made of, it will most likely be able to go in the dishwasher. Otherwise it can be washed with dish soap and water.
